Pre-Columbian style figural stirrup vases from Quito, Ecuador, circa 1960s, 70s. Most likely made as tourists gifts, these are crafted in black clay resembling male busts. Includes a note from original owner stating, “bought in Quito, Ecuador June-July 1971 strangely enough they sold no s+p sets and this was the closest I could come to something that resembled them.”

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, one minor chip on the base of one vase. Not visible when standing.
